Price structuring
Our rents contain bed and bath laundry (no beach cloths). Operating cost of the air conditioning system and the electricity in the price contain up to to 80 kilowatts per week.
Bail and modes of payment
All rates, a service charge is payable of 10% and a VAT (Tax) charge of 12%. the bail amounts to per person \ week 50.00 euro. It is to be paid with the rent and after termination of the renttime is returned, if no damage developed. The renting payment takes place in advance, whereby 30% is to be paid pre-payment immediately after conclusion of a contract and the remainder of 2 weeks before journey. Rents contain cost of electricity up to 80 KW/H per week which with normal consumption to be sufficient would have. With higher consumption 25 Cent\kWh are added.
